Return and Refund Policy

At Mweka Parts Limited , We listen to our customers and our customers satisfaction  is our top priority . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read and understand  our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns At Mweka Parts

You may return an item within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item (e.g sparepart, headlight and other accessories)

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

At Mweka Parts following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Electrical parts (e.g. headlights) once unsealed or used

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable

  • Products returned without original packaging or its  accessories

3. The return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

2. Our team At Mweka Parts (Nairobi Industrial Area, Makadara Road, Off Hombe-Baricho Road,1st Floor, Room 2) will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Once approved, return the item to our shop or via courier.

4. Our Refund Policy 

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., Mpesa, bank) within 3–7 business days.

  • If the item did not meet our eligibility for refunds (e.g item damaged or not in original condition ) you will be notified using your prefered channel/method of communication. 

Note: Refunds are only applicable to the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
